Launch a coin

Real stocks and gold

RWA: stocks, ETFs and gold

Pair your coin with NVIDIA, Tesla, Apple, the S&P 500, silver or gold. On Ethereum these are real tokens with real markets. Your coin trades against them like against any coin, and everyone pays in ETH.

They sit under the RWA tab, in the pair step of the form. Depth is what the depth test measured. It's checked again, live, at every launch.

How it works

There is no middleman. A tokenized stock on Ethereum is a token with its own market, on Uniswap V3 or V4. A launch pairs with it exactly like with USDC:

  • Your coin's pool is your coin / NVDAon on Uniswap v4, opened by the launch like any other.
  • Buying with ETH: the ETH is swapped into the stock on its market, then into your coin, in one transaction. Selling does the reverse and pays out in ETH.
  • Your fees arrive in the asset itself (NVDAon, PAXG, …). Hold it, or sell it for ETH on its market.

The issuers

  • Ondo stocks (NVDAon, TSLAon, …) are Ondo Global Markets' tokenized stocks and ETFs, standard ERC-20s with 18 decimals. Anyone can hold and trade them; Ondo checks sanctions and its own blocklist on transfers, and can pause a token (it says it does so around corporate actions). A paused token can't trade, in its own market or in your coin's pool, until it is unpaused.
  • Gold (PAXG from Paxos, XAUt from Tether, XAUM from Matrixdock): each token is backed by physical gold held by the issuer.

The issuer decides who can hold, redeem or trade each one. Ctrl.fun doesn't. Read their terms before you pick one as a pair.

Rebasing stock tokens (xStocks and Backed tokens, whose balances grow with a multiplier) are not listed: a pool can't hold an asset whose balance changes by itself.

Good to know

  • The exchange closes, these tokens don't. Outside US market hours, the token keeps trading on-chain, and its price can drift from the last close.
  • Thin markets. Ethereum's stock markets are young: most of the Ondo tokens hold tens of thousands of dollars, not millions. A big buy moves their price.
  • Assets without a market aren't listed. Hundreds of tokenized stocks are deployed on Ethereum, most with no market at all. Anything not on the list can still be pasted by address, against the higher bar.
